Adam, Georgio, and Zoe (Hotel staff who received tracts from us, Georgio and Zoe from Italy and England) Alfonso and Jorge (Two hilarious hucksters who daily approached us at a travel kiosk to book side trips) Elva, secretary of Alfonso and Jorge (She read our tract, ―The Terrors of Hell‖ and underlined almost every page with a pen and ruler, then photocopied the tract to share with others)

Rodrigo (Akumal town construction co. owner, gave us a ride, said he was lonely, gladly took our literature) Augustin (A diligent waiter at our favorite fish taco spot, said he would carefully read the gospel tracts) Pasquale, Johnny, and Willy (Ferry pier travel kiosk: only Willy appears to NOT be converted of these three; they have recovered from years of drug smuggling and other crimes. Upon release from prison, the drug cartels offered Johnny an expensive car and money if he would return to dealing drugs, he declined praise God) Lucy (Barrista at our coffee hangout, very sweet 18 year old who said she was grateful for our prayers) John (Hotel staff: a believer from St. Martin in the Caribbean, taking seminary through distance learning) Juan (Sells silver jewelry, knew the Scriptures well, but has strong tendencies to mysticism in his doctrine) Gabino and Tony (Two waiters at a taco shop, solid, bold believers who are training to be pastors)

Paco (Our dive trip coordinator who gladly received our literature and promised to read it)

“Peace & Love” (The nickname of our hippy looking dive master who was our coral reef guide. He was so surprised to receive a Gospel of John from us with the cover title: ―Peace, Truth, & Love‖)

Andres (An incredibly charming and witty maitre d‘ – received gospel literature from us with gratitude) Ariel (We met him at a bus stop in the jungle. Super friendly; he gladly took our tracts and admitted he struggled with getting along with the Jehovah‘s Witnesses who are his relatives)

Cindy, Franz (Hotel staff from Europe, religious skeptics who heard the gospel from us)

Luis (Hotel staff , received our literature; he claimed to attend a church called ―Jehovah‘s Witnesses‖ of Puerto Morelos, but said he wasn‘t a Watchtower Jehovah‘s Witness, some discrepancy is apparent here!) Limbert (A delightful taxi driver, 25 years old. Loves the Lord, saved 11 months. He is struggling with the issue of remarriage after his divorce. His estranged wife has become a believer; but refuses reconciliation) Gladys (A sweet maid at our condo; she professes Christ; but is a member of a Seventh Day Adventist church) Mayan man from Puerto Morelos (We didn‘t get his name, but his sense of humor and antics sure made him memorable—he rode his bike around in the rain, laughing and telling jokes. He was all of 4 foot eleven. As we shared gospel tracts with him, he explained his low level of literacy and then searched the tract for the word, ―Jehovah.‖ This poor man had been indoctrinated the Watchtower lies)

Lucas (A dive shop owner in Tulum. At first he mocked my work as a pastor; then after he began reading the Gospel of John and the tract I gave him, ―A Sermon from Hell,‖ he backpedaled and admitted his Christian upbringing in Prague, Czechoslovakia. He reiterated that he wanted to make sure we would leave the tract about hell with him. He shared freshly caught bar-be-qued barracuda with us—delicious!)

Isai (in English, ‗Jesse‖ -- a strikingly good looking, athletic Mexican dive master. He shared with me the difficulty of living sexually pure in his paradise beach town; he is very influential in his village and very popular with the ladies. He knows the gospel. By his own admission, he is in great need of repentance—he gladly took our literature and shared his contact information with us)
